The Terms of Service primarily govern NowCandid’s relationship with photographers, studios, organizations, and other professional Customers. The Terms of Use primarily govern End Users, gallery visitors, buyers, and other consumers. The Data Processing Addendum applies when CCS processes Customer Personal Data on behalf of a professional Customer. The Privacy Policy explains CCS’s personal-information practices, and the Face Matching Tool Data Statement governs Face Matching-specific processing, retention, and destruction.
